The PSI Aktiengesellschaft für Produkte und Systeme der Informationstechnologie, Berlin, is applying for the official quotation of 3,797,366 previously issued registered no-par-value shares with the partial sum of EUR 2.56 each of the company’s equity capital for trading on the prime standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The new shares stem from the cash capital increase from 20 May 2009 and the capital increase against contribution in kind of 8 June 2009 from authorised capital. The cash capital increase tranche was subscribed to and underwritten by the RWE Energy AG, the capital increase against contribution in kind tranche by the contribution of the Malaysian subsidiary inControl Tech Sdn. Bhd by the contributing Jubilee System Sdn Bhd.

In consideration of the prospectus to be published for the purpose of the official quotation, the PSI Aktiengesellschaft für Produkte und Systeme der Informationstechnologie hereby withdraws all the outstanding profit forecasts, in particular the prognosis report contained in the company’s interim management report dated 30 September 2009. Therefore, no statement has been made as to whether the sales revenues or results will be higher or lower than originally forecast for this period. On the basis of the stable development of business and the very good order book volume, the company assumes that the positive trend of the previous quarters will be confirmed.
