Port handling technology
- A focal point of CeMAT ASIA 2010
As the pace of globalization increases rapidly, so, too, do the requirements placed on infrastructures that have to keep up with the growing number of products transported by ship. This is where port handling technology comes into its own. Only ports that offer innovative and efficient handling technology and are closely integrated into inland transport infrastructures will be able to make it as the logistical hubs of the global economy.
