Pick-by-Voice at BILLA, MERKUR, PENNY, BIPA and ADEG
Pick-by-Voice by KNAPP has been employed by REWE International AG since the end of March at the warehouse in St.Pölten. The voice-directed picking system is used for fast-moving shelf-stable goods.
Since the successful Go-Live of the pilot project, further rollouts have been planned for Austrian locations. In the area of warehouse management, REWE International AG also relies on KNAPP. KiSoft WMS is already used as control system in more than 20 warehouse locations of the REWE International AG throughout Europe, and counts as one of the leading warehouse management systems in the food sector.
