Jungheinrich was awarded with a prize at the Service Congress of the Service Association Germany e.V. The Hamburg company received the Service Management Prize for its Fleet Management System ISM Online (Information System for Truck Management). The system for analytical collection, observation and analysis of truck fleet data is a Jungheinrich development. The user is able to control his fork lift truck fleets proficiently over several sites.

The Service Management Prize is awarded annually by the largest European professional association for service managers - the Service Association Germany. Companies with innovative approaches in this area can apply for this award. The most innovative solution in the view of Service Congress participants is determined during the event. “This sought after award shows that Jungheinrich has analysed customer requirements correctly with the development of ISM Online and has launched an innovative, practice-oriented solution into the market“, said Dirk Schulz, Head of Corporate Customer Support at Jungheinrich, during the event. The Service Management Prize has been awarded for the 20th time.

Call-up of information possible from anywhere in the world

Access to the respective data is gained via the Jungheinrich Management Portal in a safe Internet section. This facilitates the call-up of information from practically anywhere in the world. ISM Online combines commercial information with application and shock data of all trucks in a fleet. Due to high data transparency, the user is able to significantly reduce the operating costs of his fleet.
