Federal Minister of Economics Rainer Brüderle learns about alternative drives

The federal Minister for Economy and Technology, Rainer Brüderle, informed himself about new products and innovations in electric mobility on his tour on the trade show in Hannover.

He was especially interested in the fuel cell and hybrid drives of the STILL counter balance trucks presented to him by Still Managing Director Bert-Jan Knoef.

Brüderle said: “Electric mobility is not only a future-oriented drive system for passenger cars but will be broadly applied in industrial products as well.”

Alternative drives are an important future technology for efficient and green means of transport in intralogistics. This way the ready-for-series Still RX 70-25 Hybrid counter balance truck is the most economic diesel truck of its class.
