BEUMER Group and Melrose Pic. London signed contract to sell all shares and activities of Crisplant AS to BEUMER
On August 24, 2009 BEUMER and Melrose Plc. London signed a contract to sell all the shares and activities of Crisplant AS, Denmark to BEUMER Germany.
This transaction is in line with the long-term strategy of the BEUMER Group to develop business sustainably and to expand its position as quality leader in the market.
In 2008 the BEUMER Group achieved a total of incoming orders of approx. € 260 millions with 1.000 employees.
Crisplant generated a total of incoming orders of approx. € 150 Mio. with 950 employees.
